Introducing the Valley’s Premier Jam Band Academy. Where your child doesn’t just learn music… they become a rock star!😎🎸
What is Greenfield Rocks?
Launching its first cohort in January 2026, Greenfield Rocks is a brand-new immersive program that gives kids the chance to learn music and perform on stage — all in a fun, low-pressure group setting.
How Does it Work?
Each band is made up of ~8 kids (drums, bass, guitars, keys, vocals, synth, etc.).
Over 12 weeks, your child will practice once a week with their band.
With coaching from their instructor, the band will prepare 1–2 popular songs.
At the end of the program, all bands unite for the Greenfield Rocks Concert — a high-energy show where your child takes the stage as a real rock star and proudly showcases their progress!
Where and When is Rehearsal?
The program starts in January 2026 in Greenfield, MA (venue to be announced). Rehearsals and the finale concert will be held there.Sessions run on weekday evenings or Saturday mornings, with exact times shared before the start.
How Much Does it Cost?
Tuition is just $60/month per child for a 3-month session (12 weeks of rehearsals plus the finale concert). For families with multiple kids, we offer family discounts:
First child: $60/month
Each additional child: $30/monthOur Referral Bonus Program:
When a family you refer completes registration, each child in both families receives 5% off their monthly tuition. The more families you bring in, the more you save — and together we grow our music community! Our Commitment to You:
We provide all instruments, gear, and accessories for rehearsals and the finale concert, so there are no extra costs or hidden fees. Plus, the finale concert is free for families and friends to attend! The monthly fee covers everything, unless you choose to add private lessons.
FAQ
Will I Need to Provide Instruments?
Nope! We provide all instruments and gear for band rehearsals and the finale concert. If your child wants to take additional private lessons outside of band practice or practice at home, you’ll need to provide their instrument. We offer weekly instrument rentals or are happy to help you locate an affordable instrument.
Does My Child Need Musical Experience?
Not at all! Beginners are absolutely welcome. We group bands by skill level and create parts that match each child’s abilities, so everyone can shine and grow at their own pace.Who Can Participate?
Greenfield Rocks is open to kids of all abilities, towns, and skill levels. We believe music is for everyone, and we’ll do our best to accommodate each child. The program is best suited for ages 7–17. If your child is under 7 but musically inclined, feel free to fill out the interest form — we’re happy to chat and see if it’s a good fit.How is Greenfield Rocks Different from Traditional Music Lessons?
Traditional private lessons usually cost between $40–$120 per hour and focus only on individual technique. Greenfield Rocks is not only a fraction of the cost — it’s a completely different style of learning.Instead of practicing alone, kids learn together in a real band setting where they will:
Experiment with different instruments in a supportive group
Listen and collaborate with their peers
Perform on stage at a real concert, building confidence and presence
And along the way, they gain real-life skills they’ll carry forever:
Tune & care for their instrument
Set up and use pro gear
Keep rhythm & play in time
Understand music structure and read chord sheets
Practice smarter with simple at-home strategies
Work as a team toward a performance goal
Experiment & create their own riffs and ideas
Develop responsibility & discipline
At Greenfield Rocks, it’s less about perfection, more about fun, creativity, and the thrill of playing music together. For families who want both, private lessons are also available for an additional fee and scheduled outside of band rehearsals.Submit the interest form now to reserve your spot! 👇
